When will you ship my items?

All items are subject to a handling period of 3-6 business days before they are dispatched. 99% of all orders leave  the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume.

When will I receive my items?

For our giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery time as they may be shipped from other countries. For all other items, please refer to the table below for an estimate.

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfilment house is located in the United States, some of our apparel may ship from warehouses located in Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in seperate packages for faster delivery times, even if you have specified combined shipping.
